The machine consists of two gantries. The first provides plasma cutting of parts with the ability to cut up to80mm of low-carbon steel from the edge of the sheet and up to50mm for penetration. The gantry is equipped with automatic lubrication systems for linear bearings and blowing systems for guides and racks.
The second gantry provides flame cutting. A 7-cutter system is installed here for cutting sheets into strips with a minimum width of up to100mm. Each of the 7 cutters has its own height controller, making the operator's work easier.
The gantry is also equipped with a flame cutting system - the maximum thickness of the metal being cut is up to200mm.
